All products are handmade by Blackmouth Boutique in Buxton, NC. As each item is handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are expected and are part of the charm of handmade goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Custom & Gift Orders
Custom orders require a deposit and may have longer lead times. Once a custom order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us before placing a custom order to discuss your requirements.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is final.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across the United States. Shipping times vary by location. Blackmouth Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Custom items are non-refundable unless defective. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
